Imposter Syndrome in Tech: You Belong Here

Imposter Syndrome
I’ve been working in ML for a few years now, and I still get imposter syndrome. I look at papers on ArXiv and feel like I know nothing. I scroll through LinkedIn and see people with fancier titles. But I’ve learned that everyone feels this way. The field moves fast, and no one knows everything. The key is to focus on your own growth. Celebrate your progress. The fact that you’re learning, building, and iterating means you belong. Don’t let the fear of 'not being smart enough' stop you.
